We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

To start a return, please contact us at support@itlgolf.com with your order number and reason for return.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
For standard returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as ITL GOLF cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Golf Gloves
Golf gloves must be returned in new, unused condition. Because gloves are performance products that naturally stretch, shape, and show wear once used, we cannot accept returns on gloves that have been worn, played in, practiced with, marked, dirtied, stretched, or otherwise used.

Leather Goods, Belts & Accessories
Leather goods, belts, bags, glove wallets, and accessories must be returned unused and in original condition, with all packaging, dust bags, tags, and product components included.
Natural leather may show subtle variations in grain, texture, and tone. These are part of the character of genuine leather and are not considered defects.
Personalized or Custom Products
Personalized, monogrammed, laser-etched, custom, or special-order products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If there is an issue with a personalized or custom item, please contact us and we will work with you to make it right.
Sale Items & Gift Cards
Gift cards are final sale.
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Discounted or promotional items may be eligible for return unless clearly marked final sale at the time of purchase.
Damages, Defects or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@itlgolf.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, exchange, repair, store credit, or refund.
Exchanges
We are happy to help with exchanges where inventory is available.
To request an exchange, contact us at support@itlgolf.com with your order number and the item you would like to exchange. Once your original item has been received and inspected, we will process the exchange or provide next steps.
For faster service, you may place a new order for the item you want and return the original item separately.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an ITL GOLF error, defect, or incorrect item.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@itlgolf.com.
